I wanted to try this for long. I have tried many brands of table salt, but feel they are not good for health. While listening to healer basker's speech recently he said that table salt that we get today is one of the reason for kidney stones. This provoked a thought in me why not use our regular crystal salt instead. He also added a point as to use dry roasted salt as a healthy option. The reason we all use salt is, it is easy to dissolve. This can be easily replaced by powdered crystal salt.

I have used sea salt here. For the past year, I've replaced regular salt with sea salt found in organic shop. It is nothing but less processed and unbleached. It is also devoid of artificial addition of iodine. While processing the natural salt iodine present naturally in the salt is destroyed hence added on artificially at last. Whilst organic salt has trace amounts of magnesium, iodine and chromium naturally. You might easily find the following difference in salt. While adding crystal salt the saltiness is less, but when adding table salt a little amount producess more saltiness. Sea salt gives a high salt flavour with less sodium content.

Anticaking agents, harmful chemical additives, bleaching combines to give you beautiful crystals of free flowing salt. If you do value your health rather than the ease of using ready made table salt prepare your powdered salt in minutes.

Transfer this to your salt container and add 1/ tsp of rice. This enables free flowing of salt by absorbing moisture in the salt.
