Thanks for visiting this page. I'm Sashiya, author of this website. As like many learnt cooking after marriage and seek to cook healthy food being a mother. I am a weight watcher yet believe in eating full rather than half filled stomach, the key is to eat red rice and millets (in a really yummy way) to replace white rice and eat less or early in the night time. Being a foodie, I love good food, that too north indian so you may find more north indian dishes in this website.
The basic idea of starting this website is to record all the recipes I try in my kitchen since I love to cook new dishes and new cuisines. The name signature recipes goes by the intention of recording in this space all the signature dishes of the persons who made me admire with their cooking, 'Specialites from special hands'. I've always admired my granny cooking with ease and minimal use of ingredients, whole house filled with aroma, soothing for stomach, her smile when she serves and the love that makes to eat more... The list of these special persons goes on. Hope you too must miss someone in your life like this and wonder how they make a particular dish very special. So the idea is to click the pictures when the food is being cooked by them along with the secret ingredients that makes it so special. Also this space has many interesting recipes which I learn on the go.
