Who doesn't love sweet dessert and cut fruits followed by lunch or dinner. I just love them. This is an easy dessert, but the taste just lingers a long time. The preparation part does require sometime in deseeding the sitaphal or custard cream, otherwise it is very easy. Choose big ripe ones for this recipe since they are easy to deseed than the smaller ones. This does not require any cooking, just mix the required ingredients and chill if required, rich dessert is ready!.

This recipe is adapted from veg recipes of india. We had a lot of ripe custard apple at home and tried it. The outcome was really good. If you have many ripe ones, try this and you will love it. It tastes good as it is or slightly chilled.

INGREDIENTS

 nutritional information: Serves 2

2 big ripe custard apple or sitaphal deseeded
1 tbsp sugar (adjust according to taste)
2 tbsp cream (increase according to taste)
1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or 2 drops of vanilla essence)
